May 4 – Clouds

clouds

Late in the day. I thought the clouds might glow more or look 3D.  They look flat here to me.

I checked a book on how to use your digital slr out from the library. Maybe I should skip straight to the chapter on white balance.

April 11 – Sunrise

March 25 – Sunny snow?

dusting

We’ve been promised a whopper of a storm tomorrow. An inch or two tonight, then whammo!  Feet. It was over 70 degrees all weekend long.

At 5pm or so it started, ever so slightly, to snow. The specks in the picture are not dust.

March 7 – Blizzard

snow

March blizzard, lasting an hour or so. the temperatures dropped from the 70s this week to around 40 degrees, so there was thick, heavy, wet snow.

Sunday morning and it’s still here, no need to shovel, just a sprinkling of white.
