March 15 – Wipeout

wipeout

We went skiing at Snowy Range in Wyoming!

Cole was coming down a blue run and had a major fall. He took to skiing quickly and really enjoyed the day. Cody took a while longer to get the feeling of the sport. More pictures on our flickr page.

February 11 – sign

sign1

I pulled up to a stoplight in Loveland and although it was only 33 degrees, the snow was already melting off the streets. I took a few quick pictures of the snow sliding off the back of this sign, then before my window was up, the snow had fallen.

January 26 – snow

shoveling

The shoveling stops here. Three days ago it was 70 degrees and sunny. Last night it snowed.

The neighbor shoveled the sidewalk in front of his house and then started on his neighbors as well.  Then he must have needed some hot cocoa.

Notice that the city doesn’t bother to plow our street.

I didn’t shovel yet, (still sick) and may not have to. Weather report for Fort Collins predicts over 40 degrees and sun by Wednesday.

I love Colorado!
