September 17 – Rough Tracks

Every day we drive 7 miles across town to drop off Cody at school, then 7 miles back home, then another round trip to pick him up after soccer.  This is our second school year of that routine. We have been known to make the trip 3 times in a day periodically. Since there is really only one route, the drive can be mundane.

This week, I noticed new signs on either side of the railroad tracks. Rather than fix the track, the city decided to put up a sign.
